This year, the ACM CoNEXT 2013 conference will be held on three full days, in addition to one day of workshops (HotMiddlebox and the Student Workshop) on December 9, 2013. The workshops are paid and can be taken separately or jointly with the main conference. Students who register for the main conference get free access to the Student Workshop (but you MUST register for the workshop to attend).
The conference will take place at Fess Parker's Doubletree Resort. We ask all participants to do their best to stay at the conference hotel. The hotel will charge us a fee if we don't fill our room block, which is the usual way to secure meeting rooms in a hotel.

On-site registration will be possible but only through RegOnline, with a valid credit card. Cash or other forms of payment will not be accepted.
ACM CoNEXT 2013 conference registration includes attendance to the social dinner, which will be held on the evening of Wednesday December 11th, 2013. In case you want to bring a companion to the dinner, you can indicate this on your RegOnline registration and include the extra payment with your own conference registration payment. The cost of an extra ticket to bring a guest to the conference dinner is USD 100.
You may cancel your registration until November 9, 2013, but a cancellation fee of USD 75 for the main conference and USD 30 for a workshop will be deducted. To cancel your registration, send email to Kevin Almeroth.
