Future Internet
Workshop :
From Fundamentals to Infrastructure -- steps towards
the Future Internet
Monday 4th December
Sponsored by the:
COST ARCADIA Project
Co-chairs:
Kenjiro Cho, IIJLab, Tokyo, Japan
Scott Kirkpatrick, Hebrew University, Jerusalem, Israel
Jennifer Rexford, Princeton University, NJ, USA
Abstract:
The workshop will present multiple views of the current research
opportunities and the infrastructure requirements to carry out that
research. We have organized sessions
and speakers around
virtualization, federation, monitoring, and security. There will
be ample time for discussion, and short (<5 min) contributed
comments. A final panel discussion involving speakers and some
wide-bandwidth commentators will summarize and
critique the material presented.
