Cancellation Policy

Cancellation must be made to the registration desk in writing by either letter, fax or email. Refunds for registration fees are applicable as follows:

  Before 23th September 2005: Full refund minus 100€ administration fees.
  After 23th September 2005: Regrettably no refunds are possible.
